I make no excuses for my lack of consistency when it comes to the world of blogging!
That being said, forgive my brief disappearance & welcome me back with arms wide open? I'll even settle for somewhat open arms...you all really have the bargaining chips in your hands! :)
All joking aside, much has happened since I last visited! Happy 2010-in May-better late then never, right? This year has (dare I use the cliche) really flown by. It has been a year of excitement & changes for the Jones' family. Andrew & I were blessed to find out that we will be expecting our first child in November of this year!
God is GOOD & I am able to (now) openly admit that I am a bit... terrified.
Please don't mistake my admission as anything less then joyful, we are truly excited to begin our family together. The road so far has been a bit bumpy, but God has been faithful to guide & protect us along the way. Last week I found myself reading out of 2 Corinthians 1: 3-7. This passage was so true and filled me with such hope after the week we had been through. I am truly thankful for those who have experienced similar trials, only to gain comfort & then be able to pass their story of perseverance and encouragement on to me!
God is loving far beyond all that I could imagine or dream!
This may be a bit short, but I hope to be able to update friends & family as we embark on this new stage in our lives together.
See you soon...
